Joe Maurici began his career in a mid-tier firm, learning the foundations of the profession before moving into boutique practice. At 27, he took the leap into entrepreneurship, building his own firm from the ground up and growing it to four locations before later consolidating the business into something more focused and intentional.
That journey shaped Vitas Advisory. Joe understood first-hand the pressure of running a business-the constant demands, the complexity that builds over time, and the challenge of finding clarity when you are too deep in the day-to-day.
